Heyla - Frequently Asked Questions

Ticket Booking

Heyla accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, selected credit and debit cards and net banking. All your payments are processed with the help of technology company - Stripe. We adopt new payment methods in accordance with the technological advances.

Right now we don’t provide an option for bulk bookings. We are working on that feature.

You can book a maximum of 10 tickets in a transaction. However, the maximum number of tickets booked in a single transaction also depends on the type of event you’re booking.

If you cancel a booking midway through the transaction, the selected seats would be blocked for 15 mins before released.

The purpose of Heyla is to ease the process of finding and booking events around you. We don’t provide an option for confirming the seats online and paying cash at the venue. You will need to pay online to confirm the seats you are selecting.

There is no limit on the number of transactions you make via Heyla app or website for booking tickets on any given day.

Cancellation and Refund

The amount deducted for a failed transaction will be refunded within 7 working days. If you have made payment using a wallet, you can expect a refund within 24 – 48 hours.

No worries! If you didn’t receive a confirmation SMS or email, you can always check your booking status at ‘Booking History’ in your app.
